			<description><![CDATA[ Marlboro State asylum in NJ will be going up for auction in about 5 months. Hoping someone altruistic can come forward and purchase the property. Traverse City
and Weston have been successfull as tourist attractions, and their integrity and structure has not been compromised. I have been trying to get in to film this
hospital to no avail since the state has had control. If the town can&#39;t get the $ to purchase it back then it will be sold to the highest bidder. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ The former Western State hospital in Staunton VA has buildings built in the 1820's by builders and designers who studied with Thomas Jefferson. The main buildings are not Kirkbridge but antebellum. The locality offering the property for sale has an extensive website with lots of photos. The picture of the spiral staircase is worth a look in itself. There is a map of the property and one can click on everybuilding for photos of not only the outside, but many interior shots of all buildings.... ]]></description>
